Personal information collection and management

Planet Administrative Services collects two types of data : Firstly, data that allows tracking and analysis of the visitors behavior and website usage. Secondly, it gathers the contact information provided by visitors.

Regarding the data enabling tracking of the visitor's behavior, the website contains cookies which will collect information as the number of visits, their duration, the traffic source (search engine, direct visit), the type of device used (mobile, computer) and the country of the connection location.

About the contact information provided by visitors and users, the website has a "Questions ?" chat window through which visitors can contact us. A contact form is also available on the website's "Contact" page. Currently, visitors are free to provide information as they wish. No specific data is required but if visitors want to be contacted back, they must provide, at least, an email address. They may also choose to give out their name and include a message.

These two types of data are either used for analyzing traffic to the website or for contacting a visitor when they have made a request. Planet Administrative Services keeps the right to contact the ones who left their email address for the purpose of sending newsletters and marketing campaigns.

The data is then stored in an administrator space brought to us by Wix, the website's hosting platform. Planet Administrative Services is solely responsible for the processing and management of its visitors' personal information, while Wix Online Platform Limited serves merely as the storage tool. Users' personal information may be stored in data centers located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel." Therefore, as Wix is only the data processor, Planet Administrative Services is the one responsible for the management and the processing of this data. It handles the data within the scope of its services and its marketing communications. The personal data of its visitors and users will not be shared or disclosed to third-party services or organizations. However, in certain situations, "Wix may be required to disclose personal information in response to a legitimate request from public authorities, including national security or law enforcement requirements, and will do so when local data protection laws permit."
